This simplicity is both the appeal and the limitation. Because tasks are distributed to available assistants rather than a dedicated person, there is no continuity between interactions. Each task starts from scratch, with no accumulated knowledge about your preferences, business context, or communication style. For simple, self-contained tasks, this is fine. For anything nuanced, it creates friction.

The quality variance is the most significant issue. Different assistants handle your tasks, and their competence levels vary considerably.
